Romanian EUSDR Presidency and Danube Strategy Point (DSP) launched today an online consultation through EUSDR platforms for better involving civil society representatives and the general public in process of updating the actions and projects of strategic impact for the Danube Region included in the EUSDR Action Plan from December 2010.

Save the date for the 18th Steering Group meeting of PA 3 and a public debate on cultural industries
The 18th meeting of PA 3 Steering Group will take place on 26 June 2019 in Bucharest. A public debate on studies in the area of creative industries is scheduled for 27 June 2019, 9:00 am – 13:00 pm at the Romanian Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration.

In 2019, Romania is holding the rotating Presidency of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region. In the framework of its Enlargement & Integration Initiative, the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission will support pre-paid travel and accommodation to selected researchers/experts from Albania, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Kosovo*, Turkey, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine to participate to the 8th Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region, taking place on 27-28 June 2019 in Bucharest/Romania.

Workshop Understanding the economic impact of cultural heritage
ESPON is organising a workshop on “Understanding the economic impact of cultural heritage - Better investments through improved evidence collection” on March, 28th in Nicosia, Cyprus. The workshop is part of the ESPON Transnational Outreach Programme 2016-2019, and is one of the two events which will take place in the Southern countries this year.
